The State Department told Fox News Digital about new moves it is making. At the same time, the Afrikaner Orania Movement, an Afrikaner settlement, has stated its desire to be treated by the U.S. as a state within a state in South Africa.
There’s also been a flurry of flights across the Atlantic to Washington by groups looking to get the White House’s, and ultimately the president’s, attention.
The Orania delegation went to Washington, Strydom said, due to "the fact that President Donald Trump gave us recognition as a people, the Afrikaners. (It) made it very important for us to hasten our already-planned U.S. liaison tour to liaise with Afrikaner and American supporters of the Orania idea in the U.S.
"We had meetings with officials upon invitation and discussed substantive matters in depth, which, for the sake of an ongoing conversation and our honor towards newfound contacts, we will only specify publicly later."
"Help us Here," is the slogan Orania CEO Joost Strydom declared to Washington insiders.

Trump admin makes new move to bring South African refugees to US as president blasts nation's rulers again
As the U.S. begins refugee processing for South African Afrikaners, a group is pushing Washington to support its bid for an autonomous Afrikaner homeland within South Africa.
The appointment comes a month after Washington expelled Ambassador Ebrahim Rasool over comments he made about US policy.
Jonas, who turns 65 this year, currently serves as chairman of telecommunications company MTN Group Ltd. — a position he will retain alongside his responsibilities as envoy, according to the presidency. He also worked as one of four so-called presidential investment envoys that Ramaphosa appointed in 2018 to facilitate investment into South Africa.

"Right now, the US is undergoing a watershed moment with Biden the certain winner in the Presidential race against the racist, homophobe Donald Trump. How we got to a situation where a narcissistic right-winger took charge of the world’s greatest economic and military powerhouse, is something that we need to ponder over. It is something that all democracies need to ponder over. "

🚰 Too white for a water license? Applications for a water use licence on the South African government's Department of Water and Sanitation’s online platform can only be processed if the applicant meets BBBEE racial criteria. Without it, it is impossible…
🚰 South African Government Strips White Farmer of Water Rights in Race-Based Ruling
The civil rights organisation AfriForum’s legal team today filed an appeal against the Department of Water and Sanitation’s (DWS) rejection of an application for the transfer of a black farmer’s water rights for irrigation to a white farmer.
The DWS argues that water rights previously allocated to a black farmer cannot be transferred to a white farmer because this would be contrary to the department’s transformation objectives.
By elevating race to the determining factor, white farmers are automatically discriminated against.

The Regime has gazetted the new Employment Law.
Employers who employ more than 50 people now have to fully comply with the new targets for racial make-up of staffing complements.
Wide spread lay-off are about to kick off as the Regime will start enforcing what number of a race may be employed in each band of a business.

They apply to all employers - state and private - with staff complements of over 50 employees. The ultimate goal is a full numerus clausus in all institutions and at all levels, limiting this group to their dwindling percentage of the total population. This is now in place at the skilled technical level. These maximum percentages are also meant to incorporate foreign nationals.
If employers do not comply with government's demands to classify and systemically discriminate against employees on the basis of race and gender - even if not seeking state contracts - they face swingeing fines. Their only defence is that they took all efforts possible to comply, but had "reasonable grounds" for failing to do so.

"I spoke to President Trump to discuss the peace process in Ukraine. We both agreed that the war should be brought to an end as soon as possible to stop further unnecessary deaths.
We both agreed to meet soon to address various matters regarding US-South Africa relations.
We also spoke about the need to foster good relations between our two countries."

"GOOD NEWS! Orania delegation to Bulgaria is well received.
We were invited to explain the Orania model in Bulgaria. I had to do a lecture of both two hours, because every sentence had to be translated.
Directly after the presentation I also received invitations for two TV interviews, a good opportunity to present Orania's case.
The language gap is big, but my big thanks to Георги Драганов [Georgi Draganov] who not only translated thoroughly, but is so well-read about Orania that he was often able to help explain context! It was a great privilege to have you as a guide.
More than 100 years ago, Bulgarians came to help the Boers as volunteers. They were enthusiastic about our ideal of freedom. Unfortunately, in the 80s we met on different sides of the border war, because they were trapped under the yoke of communism.
They were able to shake it off by expelling communism from their country, and since then their economy has grown by 700%!
Now we meet again, and it is clearly a positive encounter. So different, yet with so much in common. The same challenges, perhaps the same solutions?
Thank you very much for the incredibly hospitable reception!"
